Scope of Work:
Tucson Stucco’s scope of work on the recent remodeling and re-design of the exterior architecture of 4 Jack-in-the-Box restaurants in Tucson included:
Challenges:
These projects were done by an out-of-town General Contractor and they had trouble manning the job. They went through several superintendents and project managers.
Despite these challenges the project team rallied together; the buildings turned out great and the General Contractor and Owner were very pleased with the finished project and design.
Finish:
The Silica 16 Finish is very unique and requires special attention to detail in the application. This includes using the proper dry time before re-opening the pores of the topcoat for the final application. Additionally, it is of the upmost importance that the walls are smooth and level to reached the desired integrated finish.

Delivery Date:
November 2018 for the Jack In The Box on Oracle and River Road, with the remaining 3 delivered staggered each week thereafter.
